@21 – try again and get your facts straight. The August filing (which is entered twice in the epiq system) is his second filing of the same claim. The first was on 5/29/09. There’s also filed claims for 2,411,145 on 6/12/09 and 8/5 as well as 700,000 made three times on 5/29 and 8/5 twice. So he’s going for broke to file the claims multiple times hoping one sticks.

Fuck this guy. While he was too busy worrying about “diversity” within Lehman and flying in his private helicopter, he let the firm’s leverage implode with bullshit LBOs and real estate investments. It was because of him and his kind Alex Kirk and Mike Gelband left the firm when they did.

So you’re saying that Citi isn’t technically bankrupt?
Interesting viewpoint given that Citi would have been out of business without government injection of funds.
I’m pretty sure that without that government money Citi would be in the same shape as LEH.
On a bankrupt ship it doesn’t pay to be a star.
Life is hard and unfair, it pays to learn that lesson early.

Unlike Gregory, Hall’s unit made over $700mm last year. Unlike the rest of Citi, he actually deserves his CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED paycheck.
LEH went bankrupt meaning they can compromise pre-petition claims, until Citi files, they should pay Hall every dollar he is rightfully owed.

While TGFD is on a roll, may I add that Andrew Hall should be thrown off the Citi building roof just as Joe Gregory should be thrown from the Barcleh roof.
Hall’s $100M bonus contract? HaHaHa. What a f’n joke!!! Paying that turd anything would be scandalous.
Without gov’t funds, Citi couldn’t pay even $100 to anyone, let alone $100M.
I know contract law is one of the pillars of America, but do employment contracts trump all other debts/contracts? Are they senior to the debt Citi owes Uncle Sam? Senior to Citi’s bondholders?
Any legal genius care to comment?
