Screen shot 2009-09-16 at 12.38.03 PM.pngMikey Moore went on Jay Leno last night to hock his new movie, Capitalism: A Love Story, and also to discuss where we are now. In Moore’s professional opinion, things have not gotten better, and the scams are proliferating and something about eating til you explode? That’s all I can get from this.

LENO: Now it’s one year since Lehman Brothers collapsed. We’ve had all, OK, we’ve handed out… Is Wall Street any better? Have they learned anything?
MOORE: No, not at all. It’s, it’s probably worse. They’re still doing these exotic derivatives. They’re now trying to do it with life insurance. They’ve got all these crazy schemes. I mean, that’s what I’m saying about capitalism, it’s like a beast. And no matter how many strings or ropes you try and tie it down with that beast just wants more and more money. And it will go anywhere. It will try to gobble up as much as it can. The word ‘enough’ is the dirtiest word in capitalism, ‘cuz there’s no such thing as enough with these guys. And we haven’t stopped them.

Forgive me for confusing ‘Capitalism’ with his inner food demons. Quit projecting.
Anyone up for making the documentary: Michael Moore, A Hate Story?

  5. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 12:52 PM

    those tits never get old

  6. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 12:52 PM

    @4 he’s so projecting here.

  7. Posted by pfluger | September 16, 2009 at 12:52 PM

Charlie, you got competition. MM is getting into the financial journalism gig.
I hope MM is a “friend of yours.”

  10. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 12:55 PM

WTF? Somebody take this Commie out to the field and pull a Red Dawn on him please.

  11. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 12:56 PM

If I met him in person, I’d be tempted to tell him to “bite me” but he actually might bite me.

  12. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 12:59 PM

Speaks volumes of Leno that he’d give this guy the time of day. Leno should be forced to reverse cowgirl Ron Insana.

  13. Posted by pfluger | September 16, 2009 at 1:00 PM

Rumour has it that MM is strongly being considered to be the new pay czar on Wall Street.
He seems well-qualified, given his inside knowledge of “exotic derivatives” now being introduced into life insurance. He is motivated, and his attitude is perfect for the job that must be done.
I even think he was posting on Dealbreaker yesterday, while he was doing his research.

  14. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:01 PM

@5 – do you think they are built for speed or for comfort?

  15. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:03 PM

I just found out ON FACEBOOK an old classmate (male) is gay and married a man.
    Crazy times!

  16. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:03 PM

@12 who the fuck do you think leno is? he’s an entertainer. he’ll give anyone the time of day. having mm on speaks no volumes one way or another.

  17. Posted by pfluger | September 16, 2009 at 1:05 PM

    @16:
Yeah, exactly. Imagine what kind of clown Letterman will have to have on to top this.
    Oh, wait…..

  18. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:08 PM

Now no one will go to see Ollie’s new movie. It’s already been done.
Him talking about the beast and tying it down and all I’m reminded of Dick Fuld, scaling the Empire State Building with Jessica Lange on his back.

  19. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:10 PM

Go Michael Moore! Our economy would be way more efficient and productive if it were centrally planned rather than capitalist! I mean, look at history- the proof is in the pudding!
    Fat jackass….

  20. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:12 PM

    @ 5- Are you gay?

  21. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:12 PM

Michael Moore is just Glenn Beck in slobs clothing. Both of them are laughing all the way to the credit union.

  22. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:15 PM

@5: No HB needed to TF those things…

  23. Posted by caveat bettor | September 16, 2009 at 1:15 PM

Hey Michael: Just curious why you would go on a capitalist network (NBC Universal) distributed by capitalist cable companies and financed by capitalist advertisers to talk about this. Getting your hands dirty is great, but aren’t you crossing the line somewhere?

  24. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:16 PM

The man needs book himself in to a gym. Maybe then I will take him seriously.

  25. Posted by Last Man Standing | September 16, 2009 at 1:18 PM

Looks like the word “enough” is a dirty word for this guy when it comes to food.

  26. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:23 PM

I’ve had enough of MM. Happy now?

  27. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:23 PM

I got a cameo in his movie. Look for the guy with the fake moustache standing outside 85 Broad drinking a Muscle Milk.

“Enough” is also the dirtiest word for Michael Moore at an all you can eat buffet.

  30. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:28 PM

If he dressed up in a nice furry collie costume, I would sensually molest him.

  31. Posted by Tax Chick | September 16, 2009 at 1:29 PM

Enough of MM. Enough vilifying Wall Street. Enough populist outrage.
If this fat fuck lived in a communist society he would be 150 lbs lighter. Clearly the asshole enjoys what a capitalist society affords him: freedom to speak, freedom to stuff his fat face, and freedom to be a dickwad. Damn this shit is getting old.
Go make a buck off of someone else, you freakin’ cum sucking leech.

  32. Posted by pfluger | September 16, 2009 at 1:30 PM

    @28:
Yes, and I shudder to think what kind of projecting he is doing with the bizarre references to beasts being tied down with ropes and wanting “more and more.”

  33. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:30 PM

    @14 – comfort

  34. Posted by EvilBuzzard | September 16, 2009 at 1:34 PM

    Pfuger,
I haven’t seen a picture of his wife.

  35. Posted by BSD | September 16, 2009 at 1:34 PM

pfluger – thanks for that. I just threw up a little sopressata.

TaxChick, I am so turned on right now.

  38. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:54 PM

    - do you think he can wipe his own ass?

  39. Posted by pfluger | September 16, 2009 at 1:54 PM

    @evilbuzzard:
Maybe he was projecting about his wife…
I kinda of thought he was thinking about himself, though, especially the part when he says that “it” will “gobble up as much as it can.”
I threw up a little too, when I read his rant.

  40. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 1:57 PM

“It will try to gobble up as much as it can”, me hungry

  41. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 2:03 PM

if capitalism is so evil, why is this douche profiting from it? shouldn’t he be giving all of his money to support BHO’s public option? oh wait, he spends it on shty looking baseball caps and mcdonald’s. fu michael moore

  42. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 2:28 PM

So essentially the capitalism hate is really just Freudian psychosomatic references to his gluttonous urges. Awesome.

  43. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 2:37 PM

Michael Moore should focus on controlling his appetite for pedophilia.

  44. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 2:41 PM

“It will try to gobble up as much as it can.”
I think psychologists refer to this as ‘Projection’.

  45. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 2:45 PM

Maybe that fat fuck will eat himself to death so we can stop having to listen to his shit.

  46. Posted by pfluger | September 16, 2009 at 2:54 PM

The way I read it, his Freudian references to gluttonous urges are intertwined with sexual fantasies involving sadomasochistic acts with bound beasts who are craving more and more, gobbling up all they can, wherever they go. Its ambiguous what exactly is being gobbled up, but either way, its horrible.

  47. Posted by FUNdamental | September 16, 2009 at 3:07 PM

Let’s all realize that Michael Moore is a parasite of our own making. By investing so little on education and endlessly supporting the shallow end of the gene pool in this country we have created an audience of intellectually lazy and frankly disabled adults that use tax dollars(welfare, a gazillion other programs) we provide to support this mouthy douche. So until we begin to actually require people to pull their own weight, we are all supporting Michael Moore. That is the most damning indictment of our education system yet.

  48. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 3:11 PM

@tax chick – at least he produces something – a “product” – ever heard of that? And then he sells that tangible product. What the f*ck do you produce besides pus filled sores and crotch rot?

  49. Posted by Porker Stankleberry | September 16, 2009 at 3:20 PM

Michael FatAss Moore @48 – blow yourself, broccoli dick.

  50. Posted by KevinB | September 16, 2009 at 3:33 PM

@47 – MM pulling his own weight?! I don’t even think he can pull his own.. oh, wait, this is a family website.

  51. Posted by Ken Lay | September 16, 2009 at 3:41 PM

So aside from his weight, what did Moore say that was not true?
p.s. This is not a family website. Manson family, maybe.

  52. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 3:48 PM

@49 – so angry and so stupid. Maybe you’re a product of @47s education system. If you’re working at an investment bank you haven’t been a capitalist since late 2008. You’ve been a taxpayer financed monkey. Back to your pitchbook and spreadsheet – that’s a good monkey.

Any updates on the application for federal funding for the whorehouse venture in Queens we discussed yesterday?

  55. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 4:00 PM

@54 – no luck last night? Just give me the address where you need that paperwork. It’ll be right over. If too personal, I already know where to email it.

And again, thank you for your genorosity.

  57. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 4:29 PM

Michael Moore is an obese demagogue of the worst variety. He is the worst of everything America has to offer — gluttonous, lazy, stupid, sensationalistic. Words haven’t been designed with enough venom to describe the subtraction from society he creates with every breathe.

  58. Posted by Glenn Beck | September 16, 2009 at 5:07 PM

@57 – Would like to be a guest on tonight’s program?

  59. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 5:40 PM

I work at a bank and I think the man has a point. You have to be foolish to think capitalism doesn’t have limits.

  60. Posted by Eman | September 16, 2009 at 5:44 PM

I’ve never seen so many juvenile, emotional, irrelevant, useless comments in one place. MM is the antidote to the best propaganda $ can buy. Yugo, MM!!

  61. Posted by guest | September 16, 2009 at 6:22 PM

@60 eman would never say that.

Jay put your old set back in place staring at Moores belly is repulsive. Why didn’t you ask the obvious question Jay- “how much you worth Mike?” And Moore looks bigger than usual did he say he lost weight? No way.
