Sell your shares to China crab hands. I’m sure they’re eager to buy.

Yeah, like anyone would be willing to accept compensation in stock when it is at 190.

I don’t think I can make it through the rest of the day with no more DB posts. With my luck I’ll nod off just as the boss strolls by the desk. I hate face time.

Why not have a Canadian over for Thanksgiving? It will be delicious.

Is Maria at that parade in case the real life BadaBing crew shows up to rumble with the Indians over Columbus Day?

You mean Blackstone is calling the top?

  8. Posted by guest | October 12, 2009 at 5:10 PM

@7, why would they want to do an equity offering at the top? That would be mean.

    Typical cheerleading for WSJ.
WSJ editors, ask yourself: Why the fuck would someone sell at the bottom of the market, especially the smartest boys in the room?
Surprise – the title of the story changed during the day… Murdoch destroyed the intellectual quality of the Journal, might as well combine it with the NY Post.

NYP Page Six pretend they don’t know a thing about Erin Burnett….lovelife?

  11. Posted by guest | October 12, 2009 at 8:02 PM

Where’s Rebecca Jarvis? Did CNBC cut her off the payroll?
Why doesn’t that CNBC Shit give at least an hour airtime to her instead of having Burnett taking 24hour programming? Everytime you fart there’s Burnett. You just get sick and tired of watching her and still doesn’t have a clue what’s she’s talking about let alone teleprompter.

#7 is right on, if this IPO wave signals anything is a top of the market, not a bottom. Sure enough BX will have an explanation why these companies will continue to grow, just like it did before its own disastrous IPO.

wtf…the bx story had the headline write offs used earlier…now it’s ‘Blackstone Plans Portfolio Exits ‘
