    THE MOST STUPID STORY OF THE DAY:
    The father knew the boy wasn’t on the helium powered balloon BUT why didn’t he contact authorities while the balloon “chase” was going on?
    I bet it was a set up!
    Remember the other day there was a news about a UFO
    sighting that looks like this helium balloon but no one came out to clarify it?
