One Jabroni Pony, perhaps maybe bristling at the fact that Lloyd has chosen not to take his career advice, say yes. Is it true? The JP believes it is so, down in his gut. Do the rumblings have anything to do with some bad pork product last night? Unclear. Anyway, bigger question: if the nitrates in Gasparino’s stomach are actually on to something, did Lloyd ever read the papers? Or did he have the papers read to him?

It’s true, and Bob Rubin still can’t sleep nights. Have any of the class of 272 said no thanks and joined the Peace Corps?

Mr. Blankfein makes the news. He doesn’t have to read it. He has better things to do with his time, and he realizes that people can be confused by what is in the pop press from time to time.

I’m sure he at least reads Page 6 like the rest of us.

Is there nowhere I can turn to escape this insufferable, rumor-mongering thug?

9 masturbates to Snakes on a Plane.

I like how it was lifted within 1 minute. Way to go, groupies!

@10/Lowly pretty sure 9 was alluding to Lloyd’s (alleged) characterization of CG.
There is probably no truth to the rumor that LB sports wood for SLJ.

@12 – pretty sure that Lowly was engaging in insufferable, rumor-mongering. ‘Twas a bit of humor on his part, but thanks for playing.

    @11
Perhaps you’ve never used Twitter before, or read DB, since apparently you’re unaware that Bess has a “red phone” that goes directly to Gaspo (and it may be symmetrical)

  15. Posted by guest | November 23, 2009 at 5:41 PM

@11: it’s still there. not lifted

  16. Posted by Tax Chick | November 23, 2009 at 5:42 PM

@Anal – perhaps Yahoo! Finance is down and that is the cause of the recent spate of ‘tarded postings.

  17. Posted by guest | November 23, 2009 at 5:56 PM

I bet he still lip reads CNBC though

  18. Posted by guest | November 23, 2009 at 5:59 PM

If LB hadn’t given the papers so much material to work with, he’d still be reading them.

  19. Posted by polizeros | November 24, 2009 at 1:44 AM

Well then, he’ll be downright cranky when Goldman gets broken into pieces and the show trials start, won’t he?
And of course he’s reading the papers.
