The headline in the Financial Times blares, “Job data welcomed as markets await Fed.”
What job data, you might ask? Well, the great news that another 203,000 Americans lost their jobs last month.
Yes, yes, we understand that it’s the smallest number of job losses ADP has had to offer in a year-and-a-half. But the report was still a good deal worse than analysts expected. And it certainly offers some indication that the economic recovery—such as it is—hasn’t quite trickled down just yet.
But wait, there is some more good news from the ADP report: “Employment… is likely to decline for at least a few more months.”

Dear Mr. Shazar,
It has become apparent in quite a short period of time that your writing skills, though not quite up to Ms. Levin's level, are certainly a welcome change from the daily drivel/cut & paste from Yahoo News crap that Mr. Michaels subjected us to on a daily basis. For that alone you deserve a big thank you, or a least a polite golf clap from the DB community of readers/posters. You should also be aware that the vitriol you may have been directed toward you in your brief time at DB is nothing compared to that which poor Mr. Michaels had to endure. So, again I say to you bravo! Keep up the good work. However, If I could give you one peice of advice, it would be to consider a Nom de Plum. Jon without the h is a bit, well shall we say unconventional, it is by no means the distraction/easy mark that is Shazar. A career changing move would be to consider a benign surname like, Smith, Stevens, Sullivan or should you go ethnic try Sanchez or even Suarez. Any of these choices would go a long way in mitigating the distraction from your witty, informative, and comment inducing posts that I'm sure sure you're capable of. So, in closing I wish you all the best in your new endeavor at DB, and consider the advice given is only for your benefit and success.
P.S. If by chance Jon Shazar is your chosen pen name, then you my friend are a douche!
