Let it be known: if you are not interested in having your supervisor (circle all that apply:) send you videos of himself masturbating, texts about the stuff he wants to do you rife with spelling and grammatical errors, grope you, or leave you lewd notes via Post-It, consider not accepting a gig with Guerreiro Wealth Holdings, where, allegedly, this kind of thing is not frowned upon.
In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, Karen Lo, 20, said she’d only been working at Guerreiro Wealth Holdings for a short period of time when boss Thomas Guerriero sent her the astonishing e-mail “with a link to an obscene pornographic video containing explicit sound and imagery depicting male masturbation and ejaculation” this past Nov. 5. The person is only identified by the tag “stallionman_69,” but Lo “believes the masturbating male, whose face is off-camera, is Guerriero.” The stunned stockbroker texted her boss back a short time later saying “I really can’t mix work with my personal life . . . I really hope this doesn’t affect work.” Guerriero responded hours later, saying, “No that’s fine. I hope we can be friends though,” the suit says. But “the unwelcome sexualized banter” didn’t stop.
In January, he e-mailed her to say he’d gotten drunk at a spa the night before, and wish she’d been there with him. “I would of definitly made you blush I was acrazy mood you would of defintly had alot of fun. I was going to record a video and send it to you but I wasn’t sure how much you liked the last one you asked for. Did you like the last one?”
In February, he sexted her, saying “I wanna take you in the stairwell on the low wat u say . . . I know ul love it. meet me there i wanna touch u already,” the suit says. She said no, and noted she had a boyfriend – but that didn’t stop him. He made fun of the size of her boyfriend’s manhood, and said, “please don’t make me touch myself thinking bou(sic) u.” Lo texted back that she wanted to “keep the whole thing professional.” The suit says he also groped her and left her harassing Post-It notes.
In the event you are interested in all that, please note that the firm is now accepting applications for summer internships and “MBA fellowships.” And also that there’s a thing called The Guerriero Institute, founded by Professor Tom.

hired to be a broker at the age of 20?
let’s just nip this in the bud (butt? – i never know) right now:
that’s what you get when you go to work for a firm called guerreiro…
I’m no “lawyer” but I really don’t see what the problem is here…
@3 No kidding. Regarding the first video, she clearly watched the whole thing through to the finish. If she had a problem with it, I suspect she’d turn it off immediately.
“Stockbroker” = “Financial Advisor” Sales Assistant, many of who are even more retarded/inept than the “brokers” for whom they work.
Of course, that’s giving everyone in this little sexcapade the benefit of the doubt…
love the pic.
@3/4
This girl has no-doubt left out any flirting/etc she did with Stallionman. While he seems like a clear-cut scumbag, I think there’s plenty more to the story.
The guy has no rap…it disgusts me.
-Lenny Dykstra
From TGI website:
“Mr. Guerriero began his career in the financial markets in 1998, and soon thereafter earned the position of Senior Vice President at First Union (FU: NYSE) – one of the largest institutions in the world with over $400 billion in client assets.”
Ummm, if I remember correctly First Union’s ticker was FTU not FU.
hold the fk up! “He is a world renowned specialist in sales & negotiations over the phone, in person, and on all levels.” did he really put that on his Linkedin profile?
can I get a fact check STAT?!? “Thomas Edison State College then Notre Dame for business school?” one of these things is not like the other (not that the latter is any good, but clearly a step up)
first union *securities* (ahem) to CEO of your own firm and harassing the hired help is the new killing it…ok, I’m done here.
CFA vs. Guerriero Institute MBA?
He’s not in the Notre Dame alumni directory… Maybe he did an EMBA?
@11 Clearly that depends. Straight to internet, or are we talking a DVD series here?
@9:
In addition, The Guerriero Institute site states:
“Mr. Guerriero continued to build his client base and team of advisors through several institutions, eventually edging his name in stone industry wide…”
You gotta be impressed with a guy whose name is “edged” in stone. This institute is the real deal > MBA >>> CFA.
Thank God I have my parents believing that I am a jizz mopper at a peep show. What would they think of me if they found out I was in wealth management?
This is going to reflect badly on the other big wall street firms.
…she wanted to “keep the whole thing professional.”
I like that in a girl.
~E.Spitzer
What is the deal with those shoelaces???????
You just can’t make this kind of stuff up. For 8 thousand bucks, cash, you get this!:
“When you pursue a Guerriero Institute MBA, you will manifest into a new age of thought….A Guerriero Institute MBA is more than a degree, it’s an expectation of excellence”
wtf shoes is he wearing
It’s not illegal. It’s just frowned upon…like masturbating on an airplane. Thanks a lot Bin Laden.
…..Blue shirt, white collar and cuffs, bad shoelaces. What else does one need to prove one is an asshole? Don’t they teach chicks in B-school to check the important things when applying for work?!?!
“Michael J. Ballestrini is a Senior Partner an up and coming power in the financial services industry. He accepted an offer to hold the prestigious position of Chief of Staff, and he immediately made his presence known as a dominant power in the industry. He has established his place of business right in the trenches of Wall Street in New York City, where he goes into battle every day for his clients and partners, bringing with him his values of hard work and
perseverance. Michael attended the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University for his degree in Finance, and he currently holds a Series 7 NASD/FINRA (Securities Representative License) and a Series 66 NASD/FINRA (Uniform Combined State Law and Investment Adviser License). He is committed to provide the best service in all economic situations for his clients, providing a service that is unmatched anywhere else. His devotion of ethics and dedication is what separates him from the rest of the industry.”
Where’s the “Should I not have done that” tag?
This dude has Long Island all over it…probably lives in his mother’s basement too
It says he holds a certificate in negotiation from Notre Dame, not a degree. I check the alumni directory as well and he is defintely not listed. And poster #10, yeah #1 in the country by Business Week is not very good. Tool
Is he wearing Doc Martens?
Guerriero Institute MBA – they have adjunct opportunities for professors looking with ESL skills!!! (McCain, you listening?) apps are due by june…
looks like he’s locked down his FB page except for that stupid fk’n pic of him in the tux…
“…..he immediately made his presence known as a dominant power in the industry.”
What’s the over/under on whether or not he hires a dominatrix kick him in the nuts every other day at noon?
@16 – thank you.
Oh baeb Imso drank … ware u?….Ha…..umm…uh…henh…hay! U wrkn on coltrzr dbos? U wrken on cstlz collrz? Y so late? cum on..meat me im @ She Devl Clb in booth. Wat lst Libor now? HEY! I nid u w/me. $2 bdy shts now!!!!!! Y u wrk so late? U gud wrkr.
At JT Marlin Securities, our name is edged in stone, and all of our clients have manifested into a new age of thought. We are conveniently located just off of exit 56 of the LIE. Bear right at the Jiffy Lube, and look for the Gurerriero Institute sign.
@28 – I believe you are referring to the “adjuct” position. Get it right.
@24 that tag has no place in this post because this sort of thing is *not* frowned upon at Guerriero Financial.
@33 – that you gurerriero? fail…try again.
That has to be one of the most unprofessional company websites I’ve ever seen. Seriously, everything from the shoes to the pose to the wording to the fact that his picture was taken with a 1990′s cell phone. How much does this guy manage? It’s guys like this that make the whole industry look bad. @16 seconded.
I love the fact that his bio says he was “soon” promoted to SVP. Sure.
Their website looks like something a Nigerian prince would send…
Apparently Guerriero’s “International Headquarters” can be yours too:
http://www.yourwallstreetoffice.com/
16 FTW
SVP in retail brokerage (or worse, retail banking) is kinda like being a PMD at John Thomas financial on their PiPE team, or, while we’re at it, winning the gold medal at the Special Olympics (with apologies to the special Olympians).
His next job is deliverying pizza pies.
dont you ‘etch’ your name in stone as opposed to ‘edge’ it? just sayin
first few words on LI:
¨Executive Summary
•Thomas Guerriero has over to 15 years of…¨
that was quick
priceless U4 too… what a guy
Pfluger FTW!
Bess,
Highly recommend checking out the brochure part of their ADV – there is some very amusing stuff in there… incuding the fact that they are charging 6 and 20.
Killer executive team.
http://www.guerrieroatmeyers.com/
Un fucking Real! That website is CLASSIC! I have not laughed that hard in a while….these guys have literally watched Boiler Room ten thousand fucking times….hahahaha….WTF!!! I still cannot process the absurdity of it all!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha….
a guaranteed sign of a boiler room is a wall street address.
trb
He does kinda look hot. I’d let him hit me. Meet me in the mens room, 4th floor Tom. Don’t me late.
-fifypink cioffi
His U4 is absolute gold. Basically gets a new job every 4 months, and was fired for cause from “Reuven Enterprise Securities”. I’ve never seen anyone with a disclosure on their U4.
@ 20- Agreed. His shoes are hideous.
Staten Island What!!!
These guys btw have the same address as the Wolf traders, I looked dem up weeks ago
His former employer looks awesome though.

55,
Hey, they do quote Sun Tzu. So that’s a plus.
-Guy Who Keeps Score at Home, On a Beanbag, with Orange Finger Tips
Look up Thomas Guerriero on http://www.FINRA.ORG. The firm that this took place at is called MEYERS ASSOCIATE. Tommy is just a Broker there and Guerriero Wealth is just a Corporation he owns. The owner of the Firm IS BRUCE MEYERS who is worse than Tommy Believe it or not and the rest of the employees are worse, degenerate drunk idiots who use Cocaine on a regular basis and the firm has a reputation for doing SHADY deals. But the rest of the employees have a bunch of complaints on there license’s and are all too idoits. Straight line monkeys.
Given the information people have put forward in a few minutes of internet doodling, should this woman’s complaint and desire for a “professional” work situation be taken seriously? It should be tossed out and she should take it all as a learning experience to not be stupid when seeking employment.
This Guerreiro guy looks familiar. He was the guy who replaced my muffler at Midas.
On Staten Island this guy is a fuckin’ idol.
-Vinnie the Fuckin’ Guinea
Oh come on! The NYP is completely missing the point here. If they had only taken Sexual Harassment 101, they might have a relevant point. As always the writer is an idiot who doesn’t get it, the paper is a rag, I know what happened here, and I have great thoughts and insights to offer on my website.
-Anal_yst
@58 I agree….. I also just sent my resume
it’s great how his linkedin profile has “CEO & Presdent” as his last job title
not to mention that he studied “Financial Planning” twice at BU, and “Negotiations” twice at notre dame…
fail.
@60-Da’ truth, this guy sounds like Vinny Barberino in a bad suit with sneaker laces in his so-called “Busines Shoes”!
This is like Christmas morning for myself and the other analysts at our firm. We have been following this jokester for MONTHS after Meyers Associates shadily interviewed one of our analysts – they asked him to write a check to an undisclosed entity. The office was one room, half the people looked like they were homeless.
A huge number of people at Meyers have SEC complaints against them (look it up), and their former hiring manager Charles Pixley was in jail for many years for peddling a black market cancer drug.
If you aren’t busy at work, fear not, as this development will yield you hours upon hours of hilarious research.
From his linkedin “Honors” section:
World Record, Fastest 4 Mile Crawl, 4 hours 24 minutes

Outstanding.

@69. Apparently this firm got a hold of the resumes of all the seniors at his univ and cold called all of them over the summer. Listening to him tell us the story makes me sick
linkedin:
World Record, Fastest 4 Mile Crawl, 4 hours 24 minutes
some other gyms on the achievements…very bottom.
that should have made the tag
unbelievable.
72,73..Not a wall st big except in his own mind..Scum Scab liar cheat whatever you want to call him he is….
Speed crawling is the new killing it
The Guerriero Institute front page copy is laugh out loud funny. He’s got nuthin on the Nigerian lotto letter writer…
So many warning signs. The words Guerreiro and Wealth shouldn’t be anywhere near each other. Light brown shoe laces on black shoes and someone under 65 wearing a three piece suit. I’m willing to bet he doesn’t have an MBA from ND or was an SVP anywhere but he probably did stay at a Holiday Inn Express at least once in his life.
– Fixed Income
EPOCH:
Through his experience he has developed a keen worldly understanding of individuals as is easily shown with his business relationships, friendships, and over the course of his extensive travels around the world.
this guy looks like a full size midget
Hi I worked there as an intern for a month, January 2010 before quitting. They are running a scam and lie to all of there clients about everything. It is not exactly a “boiler room” but there are certain number of questionable practices that take place. When I left I considered contacting some sort of regulatory agency. but choose not to. I found out about all of this today from a fellow intern, who quit as well. They lieterally bring in mass hordes of interns CHARGE them $700 to work for them. the interns (me) at the time thought this was legit, firm on wall street (myers is on broad street) and some experince. buts its all BS. TOTAL BS! they dont even let you takt the S7 exam. The whole office is a joke. Thank god I left!
Upon further examination of his employment history apparently he was “retired” from 2002-2005. Was he upstate on a beef?
Sign some people up! I’m in:
http://www.prowebavenue.com/Guerriero/registration.php
hey I actually applied there and interviewed in the fall. It was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 am. I got in and was ushered into small room packed with chairs. After about 25 other applicants arrived we were met by a group of 3 or 4 Brokers. They couldn’t have been older then 25 and were wearing cheap suites. At this point I knew what was going on but figured I’d stay for my entertainment, I was already awake and there. They told us about there 3 step program. Anytime any of them were asked a question they would say “that is a question for Mr. Guerreiro”. Finally Mr. Guerreiro him self arrived. He was wearing exactly what he was has on in the picture above.
He then bragged about how much money he makes. He claimed to make 8 figures a year. He kept going on about how we wont get paid immediately and will be very successful if we “can see the light at the end of the tunnel”. He then claimed that everyone else on wall st. was a pretender who makes $250,000 a year and drive leased cars. One hilarious comment that he made was that everyone else gets around by driving a $30,000 car while he gets around in “these $30,000 alligator skin shoes”. Eventually left the room and they started calling us in 1 by 1. While I was waiting the young kids entertained us by talking about baseball and girls. They claimed that they were making a lot of money but when asked how much they said “mr. Guerreiro” doesn’t want us to tell you. When asked how long they have been working there they all said less then 3 months.
Finally it was my turn to see the man himself. I was ushered into a room with Guerreiro and another man wearing a stupid looking purple shirt and hat. Guerreiro then said “ok why should I hire you? I’ll give you three mins to impress me.” I then talked about meself for a while I why I wanted to be a stock broker. He looked at the Stupid Shirt guys and said what do you think. Guerreiro said he liked me and offered me a job. He said I was the only one that didn’t need to come in for a second interview because I was perfect for the job. I knew it was all BS though. I was a senior in my fall semester and he said that he could give me 12 credits to graduate if I started then. The only catch was I needed to come back the following monday with cash or a money order (forger exact amount I didn’t care because I wasn’t coming but from what I remember over 500).
He then called in one of the young kids from the beginning to show me how to leave. The elevator wasn’t hard to find at all my guess is he didn’t want me to go back into the main room and tell everyone about the offer. That way when he offers the job without a second round to the next person they’d think they were special. Monday rolled around and I didn’t show up. A month later I got a call from a young kid who asked if I was still interested. I said no and he responded “ok but I want to remind you that we guarantee a quarter of a million dollars during you first year”. I laughed and hung up.
Every month or so i’d search Guerreiro’s name looking for some big story. I guess I found one and believe me I’m having a field day.
P.S. he claimed to be a former professional soccer player in Europe. He stopped playing because one of his family members was sick so he went to wall street to make money for bills. Lies Lies Lies
@86 – I had the exact same experience in early late May/early June of ’09. However, there were 2 rounds of interviews, the first consisting of 3 one on one interviews conducted in the same room. In other words, 3 interviews happening at the same time, in space no larger than an SUV.
Some of the people in the main conference room looked to almost be homeless. It was quite sad how Meyers was taking advantage of people who clearly had no clue what was happening and bought the entire show. I knew it was a scam the second I came out of the elevator and saw outdated furniture, computers, paintings, and the fact that no one could give me an answer regarding actual responsibilities of the position.
Everyone I spoke to after the interviews got the “job.” Meyers has called me several times after and seem to be unaware that I too accepted the offer and didn’t show up.
I’m thinking about going back on an interview, wearing a wire, and sending the tape to CNBC to expose this fraud once and for all.
He lies to interviewees, he lies to employees, he lies to potential clients, he lies to clients. Guerriero is a pathological liar

92 here, meant @90/91
@7 and you know this how? oh, right, it’s called baseless speculation, what you do at this site 24/7.
What kind of people would entrust their money to this guy… aside from auto repair shops
I just had to comment after reading all of this. This is amazing and we should all be so lucky to have our names edged in stone one day.
This guy just needs to get beat up. Once would do it, but multiple times would still be entertaining.
He’s back with the new website.
http://wealth.vpweb.com/
the stallionman video is actually quite popular on the web, it’s some guy from vancouver. funny proof that this guy looks at man videos.
