Casting Too Big To Fail

As previously mentioned, HBO has purchased the rights to Andrew Ross Sorkin’s Too Big To Fail. Shooting starts this fall and the role of Hank Paulson has just gone to William Hurt. John Mack has graciously stated that the role of the Morgan Stanley CEO should go to Bobby DeNiro and for his buddy Blankfein? He sees Danny DeVito.**

That still leaves a lot of parts up for grabs. Who are we feeling for Tim Geithner? Ben Bernanke? Erin Callan? Jamie? Vickles? What about Dick “Fuck it, just hold me” Fuld, a part that will necessitate an actor with a lot of range? What about the hobo Paulson knocks off in the collectors edition of TBTF? There’s much work to be done here.

**Who should do the role as Frank, playing LB.

Hoping it won’t be too boring to watch because it’s too shitty for theaters – not that it matters because if I see this I’ll be too drunk to remember.
