According to White House spokesman Robert Gibbs, the nap lover’s impending departure, and those of others on the economic team, is “not a surprise…there will be people who have worked enormously hard over the past few years to make decisions to go back to doing what they did before joining the administration,” such as consulting for DE Shaw and/or taking Harvard back to its all-male roots. Let me guess, this article was written by a woman, or, at least, a transvestite whose consumption of estrogen pills has rendered them incapable of logical though?

so he’s looking like the scapegoat right now. you know, after a bad election result, the prez usually reshuffles to show he’s working a new, can-do strategy. do you mean to tell me that he’s actually volunteered to be the fall guy here? i would have thought they’d throw timmay under the bus. after all, he does have that tax scandal tailing him. what’s the worse larry’s done? fall asleep at a meeting? drink that last diet coke in the fridge without re-stocking?

    a) there will personnel changes of like 50, 100, 200 people no matter what, as in every mid cycle, so it’s not probably anything that has to do with Larry or the election or anything else
    b) in the scheme of DC scandals timmay’s miniscule tax problems are irrelevant. chances are that anyone who wants to shit a brick of Turbo Tax can be easily countered with “well, we do have these pics of you sleeping with your maid/transvestite/daughter/coke whore
    c) it’s a coke-zero-only policy. obviously. just ask michelle.

Shit. I can’t even properly respond to a comment now. Obviously time to bang my secretary, leave the office, and drink heavily, before I end up doing something drastic like leaving my DNA in someone’s sippy cup.

He didn’t destroy the Harvard endowment.

He should go back to restore the prestige Harvard gained under his watch and readdress the admissions policies for the MBA program.

meh. o’neill’s problem was just that, due to being old and not giving a damn, he ran his mouth and involved himself in things out of his pay-grade

i’m not sure timmay is that self-confident to even consider the idea.

    but it’s possible.

you should consider arching all the truly improper and banned comments and posting them somewhere (anonymously, and without attribute to the subject at hand).

after a year or two you’d have something equivalently hilarious to, say, “best of craigslist”.

    seriously.
