Earlier today we mentioned that FrontPoint Partners’ Steve Eisman has just about had it with Genworth Financial and told them as much on a conference call this morning in which he threatened to wage a proxy battle on their asses and throw management “out of here.” A clip has now been posted and the audio version is even better than reading in print (flashbacks to being yelled at by your father may ensue, particularly on the “DO NOT DO THAT” line). [Shareholder, Stevo enters around 38:14 and the juice is at 40:00]

MF: “…and you can see that in the numbers.”
    SI:” Actually, I can’t”
MF: “Well, that’s just like, your opinion, man”

Not even a page two holder. Good luck on that proxy fight. I guess bitching out Virginian insurance executives is the new killing it.

“Yes hi. It’s me again. I think it’s clear from the numbers that this is not a quarter-pounder. Frankly, I don’t know what the hell you were doing in the kitchen, but half the weight evaporated. The only accomplishment I can point to is the fact that you got me to go back through this drive through again. But, otherwise, this destruction to my value meal is unacceptable. My patience, unlike my waste line, is running thin.”

Eisman isn’t the most crisp speaker but the is awesome. Bess – once again a spectacular finish to the week.
