According to the complaint, McCrudden noted on his website, which has since been scrubbed, “There are no good ways to execute this plan. These people have got to go! And I need your help, there are just too many for me alone [.]” (He also provided a list of the people he intended to cross off, including Mary Schapiro, Richard Ketchum and Gary Gensler, among many others.

I don’t want to jump to any conclusions but I think this guy might not be mentally stable.

Sadly, knowing our HR Dept. we would hire him.

I agree. His issues certainly appear to go beyond a mere bad case of the Mondays.

People to kill lists are a bad idea, let it go McCrudden.

Either McCrudden needs to examine his motives, or people at FINRA have begun using nicknames. From his list:

    Black John Muschalek

Wearing a fake cast and asking someone to help you lift furniture into a van always works for me.

Have you seen his FINRA.org brokercheck report? He was barred from registration because he falsified client statements to hide his losses. That’s not a grand conspiracy there, Vince, that’s you doing something really stupid and paying a steep (but appropriate) price for it…

This definitely warrants the kill list shot of Buscemi from Billy Madison

He was also a pro soccer player, so you know he’s “goal” oriented. Hiyooo!

BL always uses it- maybe she didn’t this time because the poor man’s BL’s at Clusterstock felt the need to, rendering it unfunny.

You guys seem to have everything figured out. Make Sure You have the Entire Story on this…the government isn’t telling you everything. How come you haven’t seen any background on this guy? He was a whistleblower on the Sumitomo Copper theft and helped them out …and somehow it came to this?

He’s had 2 funds that made money for people?

Maybe folkd should do some research.. like this: To Read the complete story and the rest of Judge Painter’s Letter Go To:

The reasons will list how potentially damaging it will be to disclose the information publically. The judge will decide whether it is proper to withhold the information. There are nine exceptions under the FOIA act.
