no way, he will wait for trial and it remains to be seen, but there’s at least a chance he will be found not guilty.

By the way, the Strauss-Kahn’s are looking for domestic help for their new digs. Position requires light cleaning, answering the door, etc.

I doubt he has a lot of money.  Making a run for it is only worth it if you can live in relative luxury (and especially privacy) and can keep moving if necessary and paying off snitches.

He’ll skip out by the end of the week to file his candidacy for French Presidency. In 2012, the French will elect him President, despite being found guilty in absentia in the US. Soon after, the US will embargo all imports of French Champagne and brie. French economy goes into a tailspin. The new leader of the IMF, a prominent economist from an Emerging Market country then makes the decision not to bail France out.

he will make a run for it, his freedom is worth more than the 6mm he will have to forfeit.  and he will only get another year or two tacked on to his sentence if he bail jumps

What I want to know is why did his wife post his bail……….or is that one of the perks of being head of the IMF?

She’s got to get to Tiffany’s before they close. She’s got an “I’m Sorry I Raped A Maid” gift to buy for him to give her.
