He was actually waiting for Lisa Maria Falcone, having decided to act on the european threat of “bringing the instruments of torture” against the hedge funds

I’m not a Lawyer, but isn’t that somewhat Illegal, still?

  6. Posted by Guest | May 19, 2011 at 10:17 PM

i guess it boils down to sentencing?

  7. Posted by Guest | May 19, 2011 at 10:21 PM

Right if the above were actually what happened, and I think we and BL (as evidenced by her heavy sarcasm) will all agree it was not.

I always order up a hooker right before I check out, so this makes a lot of sense to me.

  9. Posted by Guest | May 19, 2011 at 10:27 PM

very nice of him to take a shower BEFORE the hooker got there…..who says the French have bad hygienes.

He ordered a maid with a Islamic headscarf? No wa..

On second thought, a US jury will buy it.

    What’s illegal?

Wait… So maids don’t double as rape fetish hookers that come free with the room?

I’m confident he just saw the “naked man” episode of how i met your mother and decided to go for it.  Two out of three times amigo…

  15. Posted by Anonymous | May 19, 2011 at 10:58 PM

So he was going to bang a hooker, then go have lunch with his daughter?  Ewwww!

  16. Posted by Orly Taitz | May 19, 2011 at 11:11 PM

    Sounds plausible to me.

  17. Posted by Guest | May 19, 2011 at 11:15 PM

He’s French. He was nice enough to not bring the hooker along to lunch with the daughter.

  18. Posted by Commondecency | May 19, 2011 at 11:25 PM

The nice thing in France would be for him to offer to bring her and for her to decline.

  19. Posted by Guest | May 20, 2011 at 12:41 AM

    DSK: “Wanna play rape?”

    Her: “No way!”

    DSK: “That’s the spirit!”

  20. Posted by Guest | May 20, 2011 at 1:05 AM

    Dear French Morons,

Osama is dead. Your men dress funny. And the maid was (allegedly) raped by an (alleged) scumbag.

Thanks for making this ass-kicking wine that I’m getting drunk on right now. Please get a clue and fuck off.

    Yours most drunkedly,

    Guest

I would have you all know that DSK pays cash for the hooker services he orders…unlike most of you financial types that pays cheques that bounce.

    Cheers,

Yes – - still illegal in the US, but the EuroTrash will hate on the US justice system.  They didn’t like our “perp walk” of him, or was it “perv walk”?

  23. Posted by Jeffrey Hoffman | May 20, 2011 at 4:32 AM

Sounds plausible. That, plus what I said- Ben Stein.

    Why Eww?

-The “Am I missing something?” guy

  25. Posted by Land-of-the-free | May 20, 2011 at 9:03 AM

It was “perv walk” in true the land-of-the-free style, where everybody is guilty until proven innocent and even if innocent still have their lives wrecked for even THINKING about something so filthy as sex. Since she wasn’t raped, it boils down to his word against hers. Still doesn’t matter: he already lost. Lost his job, wife and chances of being president.

Presumably there are people thinking about how to get to her & offer her enough $$$ for it all to go away.

DSK has an ass-kicking, air-tight and hard-on alibi — he is actually color-blind, that is really why he did not notice that the woman is black, and that she is wearing not a yellow bracelet but a blue ribbon for keys to the cleaning room. Just an accident, really.

  34. Posted by guest | May 20, 2011 at 1:01 PM

nah, pretty sure that’s creepy to everyone, also keep in mind the traditional French greeting the bise, on both checks, after dsk’s lips were most likely on some other cheeks just moments earlier.

  35. Posted by IMF Head | May 20, 2011 at 1:21 PM

It was a cloudy, and chilly Thursday morning in May, when I arrived at my 57th interview with the IMF.  As I entered into the lobby, I was greeted by security and led into a windowless room on the 3rd floor.  The metal chair was quite uncomfortable, and the light over my head was causing me to squint.  In walks an overweight man in a two piece suit, with a leather briefcase.  He smelled of cigarettes and cheap cologne.  Must be a lawyer, I thought to myself.   He starts to speak as if he is talking to a child in trouble,  ”at your last interview you had forced relations with a cleaning woman in the elevator”.  Thinking for a second, I responded quickly, “I had hired a hooker to dress up like a cleaning lady and meet me in the elevator.  It was a simple honest mistake”.  The man thought about it for a second, then responded, “are you available on Tuesday”

Isn’t there a legal case you should be working on right now?  I don’t think he’s paying you $500/hr to sit around and post on forums.

To our American friends : I hope the persecutor has made his job correctly. I also hope that justice will prevail and that even a very rich and powerful man can face justice. And please, keep him in the US for the 74 next coming years. If he came back to France in jail, he will be out after 3 years. And for the records, he is an axception as european, not a standard. He is a shame for France and Europe. God bless America.
