UBS Is Worried About Goldman Sachs’ Reputation

The Masters of the Universe are a bit too busy to respond so we were asked to pass on the following: “Consider the source.”

“Any turnover will concern investors despite the firm’s deep bench,” Tanona, who worked at Goldman Sachs from 2005 to 2008, wrote today in a note to investors. “GS’s management team is very strong; however, missteps on the public relations front have further tarnished the firm’s reputation.” Managers will remain under strain after lawmakers sent findings to the Justice Department and Securities and Exchange Commission, he said.

    UBS does something stupid-headed almost every day and want to stop reading the posts out of decency, but just can’t stop.

    UBS’s low low turnover of top management makes the firm uniquely positioned to comment on Goldman’s management turnover.

    I´m wokring for GS since 2007 and I don´t care about GS´s reputation and not about my salary, bonus is everything. Fucking Cheeseater do not know the american mentality. I hate UBS, especially the guys working for them

    Dear Bruce,

    Being the mail-boy at GS does not “empower” you to be the spokesperson for GS. If you choose to do so, at least put in the effort to get your grammar right.

    UBS sucks and sucks more every day. Look at all the senior turn over. Look at the number of “heads” of investment banking they have had in the last few years. Does anyone over there know what they are doing? They now have a 37 year old research analyst running IBD.. LOL.

    All of the junior people who are worth a damn have left for better firms. All that is left at UBS now is a bunch of spares and guys who shouldn’t really be in banking anyway. Have fun riding this one the rest of the way down UBS, you really do SUCK.
