Yesterday afternoon, Judge Richard Holwell agreed to postpone the sentencing for Raj Rajaratnam until September 27. While the news that he’ll have another two months free before heading to prison for what could be 25 years is surely a relief to the Galleon founder, it’s a serious amount of pressure to put on one summer.
