“You know, Jamie Dimon is one of the greatest bankers, he’s brought more business to this city than maybe any other banker,” Bloomberg said yesterday. “To go and pick on him, I don’t know what that achieves. Jamie Dimon is honorable and works very hard and pays his taxes.” [NYO, earlier]

    JPM Had a has a huge account with Bloomberg for their EPS product. Bloomberg LP controls most of the incoming JPM data. Bloomy knows how to play politics.

    Please name one financial services company in the United States– or for that matter, worldwide– that does *not* have a huge account with Bloomberg LP. It's pretty much impossible to be active in the Fixed Income space w/out it.
