So now instead of waking up every morning to earn a bonus paid mostly in UBS stock, they get to sleep in? Can't see how this is such a terrible career move for them.
JP Morgan and Goldman both have more co-heads than UBS has quarterly losses. Org structure decisions made by management with decades of experience versus Oscar the first year analyst's opinion. Think I will go with the former.
