    At 20, implied valuation of 12.5b? Q2 gross rev of GRPN was 878m (not going to talk about the astounding net loss). But even at a generous multiple of gross rev (a tactic only utilized by most senior UBS bankers) doesn't justify a 12.5b valuation.

    This company is an accident waiting to happen.
