Bonus Watch ’12: Barclays

Some expectations were fulfilled:

First-year associates got 0 to 100, with most around 60. Heard 60 to 120 for second-years. There were donuts across the board and at all levels – if you were in the lowest bucket, you got zero, associate to MD. This is investment banking coverage.

Good news is base salaries went up on the normal lockstep. Bad news is you get a lot of stock.
