    Shouldn't the total be $13,109Bn? What happened to $2,260Bn?

    1) I think you meant to use decimals instead of commas.
    Unless you're invoking the "It's not gay, it's European!" Seinfeld line.

    2) swap notionals are for the underlying assets.
