    Just off the top of my head of the firms that've gone belly-up where executives had a good portion of their own $ invested: AIGFP, LEH, BSC... and that's just this last time around. Is the theory that since having 20, 30, 40...90% of executives' worth in company stock hasn't stopped executives from running their firms into the ground, if we just make it 100% then that'll surely do the trick? Sounds reasonable...
