    That is utter bullsh*t. I was laid off by Wachovia back in December for the AGE acquisition, and all we got was 3 months salary!

    I find it hard to believe an analyst that remains at JPM after the Bear hires (well, I guess this is London) would make about 30-35% in a bonus of what they did last year. This would be the widest range of bonuses in a long, long time. Call me skeptical - these look just as fishy as the original sheet dealbreaker posted. Get a clue, clowns.

    Bonuses? Please. Let's face it, revenue has not been down that much over the past year, maybe 15-20%, tops. That is how far bonuses will be down. Wall Street may be backward looking, but these layoffs are indicative of the future. 2008 bonuses won't be "that bad", but 2009, well... that could hurt.
