@11:26 - if you are referring to your portfolio, don't complain. find a way to be profitable or move into cash. no one made you invest in anything, you did it of your own free will.
charlie g and cramer end up sharing a cell. who's the top and who's the bottom?
@12:01 - nero played a fiddle, jimmy c played bridge and fuld played his blackberry.
The pull out method is always the safest.
re WSOP - einhorn went out yesterday, too.
anal_yst, you read tao of poker? great coverage of this year's action.
@1:44 - and thats news?
chuck pony is on now doing a huge ass covering piece.
did jamie d spit on charlie gas's deli meat? he's going after him pretty hard today.
guest @ 7:15 - what?
Granted, I'm hammered like MC right now, but i'd like to take the opportunity to wish all the regulars a merry 4th. Carney - sure, it aint the big leagues like your brother, but keep on fighting the good fight. Bess - your rapier whit keeps us all drooling. please dont run off with Preston from the Vineyard this weekend. given my own experience, i know extended time in tortola can be enticing, but please dont trade us in for jersey trash. Anal_yst - where would we all be without you cutting insight? I love 1-2 knockout, but I still cant figure out how you have so much time to post. I'm on the sidelines and cant produce the same volume as you do. God bless you. Mr. P. - sure, its Chicago, but I know that there is some quality bears at U-Chicago just looking for some fresh east coast meat. Girl - where have you been lately? I've missed your leftist leanings disguised as centrist pandering. Blndbnrk - sure, A-rod may have a great ass but if he's sharing it with a hag like Madonna, there is no hope for the rest of you. Timmay! - as much as it pains me to say, you've got spunk and that has to be admired. TGFD - Please don't ever come back. TOGFD - go fuck yourself. Interns - I know its a delicate balance walking the line between sarcasm and journalistic integrity, but please realize that everyone in this industry takes themselves way too seriously. The bottom line is that 50% of people are below average, and the majority are only marginally better, so feel free to fire away at will. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a Patron bottle to climb back into.
did debter just admit s/he was molested when they were younger?
jesus that guy can grow facial hair fast. in the pic the other day he was clean shaven, wasnt he? very bear material. mr pink, your type?

“How Are We Going To Get Paid?”
The ship be sinking.
Way to go guest @ 4:30. DId you think you were being clever trying to call a bottom. Turns out the circus is looking for more clowns that try to catch falling knives.
I thought I would weigh in as someone who did a PT program. My rationale at the time was: 1. Did not want to give up $400K in income. 2. I didnt want the student debt, so I paid cash. 3. Already on buyside - not looking to change industry 4. At 2 classes a week straight through, I could do it in 2.5 yrs If given the opportunity to do it again, I would say that I would have gone full time. Primarily to go to a better school. While well respected, my program was not top tier, and it does make a big difference now that I am back on the market looking for work. As we all know, you have to walk through the door on your own merits, but the school will open more doors for you.
