John is a big-hearted guy and a good friend to those who know him.
I can confirm that John is a powerlifting champion (and drug-free), worked directly for Mario Rossati at WSGR (1998-2000), and has been a radio tv / host. I personally find his media stuff to be funny.
So John is no Howard Stern in terms of commercial success and may have an inflated view of himself. So what? He has more fun than most people and is a decent guy.
