Remember Jordan Wimmer and her boss Mark Lowe, manager of UK-based Nomos Capital? For those of you who (shamefully) need a recap, last fall Wimmer, a former investor relations girl who made £577,000 a year, sued Lowe for £4million, making a host of claims that included Lowe:
* Making jokes about the intelligence of blondes:
She said that Mr Lowe made derogatory ‘dumb blonde’ comments and would email ‘a series of offensive jokes’ to the whole team at Nomos. ‘They portrayed women, particularly blonde women, as objects and having no intelligence.’
* Employing unorthodox pick-up lines:
She claimed Mr Lowe…told her he did not find her attractive. However, she said he would still ‘invade her space’ and tried to kiss her at a hotel in Milan.
* Hiring prostitutes:
Miss Wimmer said her boss used the services of ‘high class prostitutes’ who he brought to business meetings. Describing one meeting in Hong Kong, she said: ‘Ling wore hot-pants that barely covered her buttocks, stilettos and no stockings.’
* And implying that the job of hooker and IR gal are basically interchangeable:
Miss Wimmer said she felt demeaned by Mr Lowe creating the impression that Ling ‘was part of the Nomos outfit’ and did the same job as her.

Thus far in the Nomos Capital case, we’ve heard IR girl Jordana Wimmer’s allegations against her boss, Mark Lowe (that he tried to kill her (several times), he hired hookers to work in the office, he forced Wimmer to be present while he received lap dances, he has an Asian fetish, he made dumb blonde jokes, and he told an intern he “face-fucks” enemies), and Lowe’s defense (Wimmer has a “vivid imagination, those hookers were “highly qualified,” lap dances are a spectator sport, everyone loves an Asian, he didn’t make up those jokes he only forwarded them, and he said “screw,” not “face-fuck”).
Now the fund’s representatives have been given the opportunity to bring their own evidence to the table and they’re pretty sure once you hear the dirt they’ve got on this girl there’ll be no doubt that Jordana Wimmer is a lying, deceitful tramp whose claims are not to be bought. Did the defense reveal emails from Jordana Wimmer to fellow colleagues making her own sexist dumb blonde jokes? Did they bring forward footage of Wimmer S’ing D for money? Did she hire someone to kill Mark Lowe? Not just threaten but actually face-fuck an enemy? Was it Wimmer who forced Lowe, against his will, to get the lap dance, which she insisted on standing by to watch? None of the above. Something so much worse, and way more incriminating.

Once again, Mark Lowe, the Nomos Capital founder being sued by IR Jordan Wimmer for, among other things, trying to kill her (several times), hiring hookers to work as investor relations girls, forcing Wimmer to be present while he received lap dances, having an Asian fetish, and making dumb blonde jokes, has once again been forced to defend his sense of humor. Last week it was over something he said about putting your girlfriend in the trunk of your car (he was just JK’ing! What’s the big deal? He’s never actually done that, yet). Today it’s over counseling a young job seeker to keep her enemies close, by allegedly saying that in his business dealings, he threatens to “face-fuck” and do something else that begins with a ‘b’ to people. Because he’s not just a comedian but also an Oxonian, Lowe put the advice in Latin. Unfortunately, he claims something was lost in translation and while, yeah, he did basically say his go-to tactic is to throw non-consensual sex in the direction of his business rivals, it was a “lighthearted joke” and not one worth getting anyone’s panties in a bunch over.

Jordan Wimmer, the ex-Nomos Capital IR girl taking issue with, among other things, her former boss Mark Lowe’s executive decision to hire a (highly qualified) prostitute to work at the firm, his insistence on her being present while he received lap dances, and his dumb blonde jokes, has one more thing to add. He might’ve tried to run her over, several times.
Jordan Wimmer, who earned £577,000 per year, said she believed her boss Mark Lowe 59, the firm’s founder, had hired a Russian hit man or enlisted a family member to attempt to murder her. Miss Wimmer told how she was left fearing for her life after an incident in which a car tried to run her over six times near the King’s Road in Chelsea.

Yesterday in court, Jordan Wimmer, the Nomos investor relations girl suing her boss, Mark Lowe, for possibly forcing her to accompany him to a strip club, making dumb blonde jokes at the office, and hiring his girlfriend/hooker to work in the office alongside Jords (which you understand was demeaning because it gave the impression that an IR girl is kinda like a whore) added a couple more complaints. First off, that Lowe treats women like objects (“he thinks he can just buy women like handbags or designer dresses which are meant to be just thrown around and bought on occasion”) and second, that he talked about that sickening love stuff in a place of business.
‘I couldn’t believe he was acting like a teenager in love, telling me wholly inappropriate things… Like how he loved Ling, and whether Ling loved him. I do think it’s inappropriate when your boss is talking about teenage love and lust stories about his girlfriend.’
As for Wimmer’s issues with Lowe bringing working girls to business meetings, the defense doesn’t see how that’s relevant because a) those hookers are his girlfriends and b) they’re key players in the industry.
Elizabeth Melville, representing Mr Lowe, said to Miss Wimmer that one of the women Miss Wimmer was referring to, Natalia Malagina, was also highly qualified, and had worked for two investment banks, and is now studying at Lausanne University for an MBA.

And more! Oh yes, Jordan Wimmer has a whole host of grievances to air in the direction of her former boss, Nomos Capital founder Mark Lowe, and she’s doing so in a lawsuit seeking £4 million. First off, Wimmer does not care much more Lowe’s Asian fetish, his lack of creativity when it came to nicknames, or his lax attitude about background checks in hiring personnel (which is sort of seems like a baseless claim, as I think you’ll see Lowe did plenty of “background” checking before coming to an informed decision about the hiree in question):
Miss Wimmer claimed Mr Lowe, a married father of two with a reputed £100million fortune, had a penchant for Asian women…Oxford-educated Mr Lowe, she said, once allegedly employed an Oriental member of staff ‘because he had taken a fancy to her in the airport queue’. Miss Wimmer, who worked for Mr Lowe for five years, said she was part of a three-woman team at Mr Lowe’s firm Nomos Capital that he called ‘Mark’s Angels’. She said he took his inspiration from the film Charlie’s Angels – she was blonde, while her colleagues were brunette and of Chinese origin.
Would she have been more or less incensed by being dubbed the ‘Wet Bandits’? Unclear. Moving on, Wims says she also wasn’t too keen on the boss’s pick-up lines:
