Reuters reports DCTC has been arrested and charged with “conspiracy to arrange for information for hedge fund clients,” via his Primary Global Research. According to court documents, Don apparently “associated with Richard Choo-Beng Lee,” the trader who pleaded guilty last year in the Galleon case and phone conversations between the two were recorded by the FBI from July 14, 2009 to August 28, 2009.
