Top State Department Honcho Goes To Goldman

Robert Zoellick, the Bush administration's main China hand, resigned from the State Department and will take a job at Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg reported. Zoellick was a top deputy to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. For weeks published reports had predicted he would leave for the private sector after being passed over Treasury Secretary position.
