Thomas Perkins Calls In The Feds

Looks like we’re not the only ones who think the Feds will get involved in the Hewlett-Packard spying case.

A former Hewlett-Packard Co. board member has asked U.S. prosecutors, as well as U.S. trade and communications regulators, to review an HP investigation in which directors' and journalists' private phone records were accessed.
The former HP board member, well-known venture capitalist Thomas Perkins, made criminal referrals to the U.S. Attorney for Northern California, Kevin Ryan, and Michael Garcia, the U.S. Attorney for Southern District of New York, according to Perkins' lawyer, Viet Dinh.
In addition, he made enforcement referrals to the Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Communications Commission.
