Surrounded by Jerks? If you work at an investment bank, the question is rhetorical, as your weekend probably…did not exist. For everyone else – you’re just a “difficult people” guru and seminar away from coming to terms with your own social awkwardness. Remember, “difficult people are not harmless,” “some people are really bad people,” “don’t drink the yellow snow,” and other life-enhancing platitudes can be yours for $350 an hour. Although this might explain how the gears turn in the financial industry, where the contempt for one giant toolbox can unite a workplace (Oh wait, that's Marxism).
