After guiding S&P through its golden era of credit assessment, Vickie Tillman, the head of credit ratings, is moving onto greener pastures in the McGraw-Hill family. As of August 3rd she will assume the newly created position of overseer for the "sustainability" group and the search is on to find her replacement. In the words of McGraw-Hill CEO Terry McGraw:
