Former IBM Exec Bob Moffatt Had A Really Good Excuse For Passing Inside Info To Danielle Chiesi

He was just doing it out of the kindness of his heart. And the tightness in his pants.
The former Moffatt readily admitted to while pleading guilty yesterday, telling the judge he he violated securities laws because he wanted he knew "the information would be helpful to Chiesi in performing her job." The latter theory we came to on our own, based on the fact that a) Moffatt received no money for passing his hot tips on to Chiesi (who he described as a "friend") and b) the noted allure of Danielle's "short skirts, low-cut tops and red fishnet stockings," plus her moves on the dance floor ("One of [Chiesi's] ploys was to go barhopping with a group, and then peel someone off to talk to on the dance floor, says a person who attended conferences with her"). Apparently so strong is the bond of friendship between Moffatt and Chiesi that he's refusing to cooperate with prosecutors in going after her (or Raj). Also, there's this:
