First, Phil Falcone's Harbinger Capital is launching a Pan Asia fund next month that will "focus on special situation opportunities." The vehicle already has $500 million from "one large investor" but is still open and willing to accept your money. Get in at the ground floor. And second:

Lisa Maria Falcone is making her first foray into the music business by joining forces with top producer Swizz Beatz (who got married Saturday). Everest Entertainment owned by Lisa, the wife of billionaire hedge funder Philip Falcone, is helping to back and produce Beatz's upcoming solo album, which will feature the likes of Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige, Coldplay and John Legend and be released this fall. The partnership marks Everest's first step into the music business after co-producing the recent indie hit movie "Mother and Child."
