The former CR Intrinsic trader charged last week with trading on material non-public info has postponed the big day.

Donald Longueuil, a former SAC Capital portfolio manager arrested last week on insider trading charges, and his fiancée, Mackenzie Mudgett, were planning to marry on Feb. 26...But on Sunday we learned that the couple had postponed their nuptials. Without prompting, the couple’s lawyers — Craig Carpenito, for Mr. Longueuil, and Suzanne Jaffe Bloom, for Ms. Mudgett — e-mailed this statement to DealBook:

“Mr. Longueuil and Ms. Mudgett have decided to postpone their wedding because they want their wedding day to be one of the happiest days of their lives, not clouded by the events of last week.”

Though it may not seem like it now, if there's any silver lining to be found from this dark cloud, perhaps it's that the best man now has some great material to incorporate into his speech?
