Investment Manager Wants To Give Clients 'Golden Showers'
Yesterday in the Economic Times (of India), the following advertisement ran touting the "golden shower" Sundaram Mutual wants to rain on investors.

Obviously, this thing must be fake (although the ET reader who sent it to us says there was no retraction in the paper today and is of the mind it's real and perhaps it's conceivable that someone's not up on their sex act terms). But as it supposedly ran, at the very least it appears as though someone put at a little time and effort into making people believe the company wants to piss in its clients' mouths. At this time we'd like to attempt filling in the gaps, namely, who did this (former employee, etc) and his/her motivation.
Update, another opinion: "I saw that in the paper too today and trust me, it's not fake. Let's just say its probably due to cultural differences and maybe not been aware of slangs or phrases. You see stuff like that all the time here and you could have a field day reporting them. But mostly they are ignored because they are just taken at face value. The company on the ad is a pretty big company and I highly doubt they would do something like that on purpose. Like I mentioned, very very few readers would have probably gotten the meaning anyway."
