Earlier in court today, the former SAC portfolio manager was pressed to choose.
In about an hour of testimony in federal court in lower Manhattan, Noah Freeman, who is cooperating with the government in an effort to lighten his sentence, admitted his own insider trading and drug use, and talked about giving the government details of others' alleged misdeeds...When Assistant U.S. Attorney Avi Weitzman asked if Mr. Freeman had committed crimes other than insider trading, Mr. Freeman said he had; for two years, ending in late 2008, he smoked marijuana, he said. "And have you ever used illegal mushrooms?" the prosecutor asked. "It was only once," responded Mr. Freeman, in the spring of 2009. "And it was a terrible experience."
So for the record it's:
1) insider trading
2) smoking dope
And don't tell him killing whores falls under illegal activity otherwise he'll need more time.
