Oaktree Capital Group filed with U.S. regulators on Friday to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering of its class A units. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters for the offering, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company did not reveal how many shares it planned to sell or their expected price. It plans to list its Class A units on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol 'OAK.'
