Jordan Peixoto, friend/insider trading bud of worst roommate ever Filip Szymik, is ready to argue that the SEC’s administrative proceedings against him for insider trading, in Herbalife, are a violation of all of the U.S. Constitutional rights he learned about in Canadian civics classes.

In a complaint filed in Manhattan federal court, Jordan Peixoto said the SEC's administrative proceeding against him deprives him of protections he would enjoy in federal court, and violates the U.S. Constitution because of the manner in which administrative law judges are appointed.
