Spain’s Hispania Activos Inmobiliarios SA, partly owned by hedge fund managers John Paulson and George Soros , is weighing a €150.6 million ($188 million) takeover offer for debt-laden real-estate firm Realia Business SA .
Hispania is considering an offer that would value Realia’s shares at roughly €0.49 each, less than half the current market price of €1.06, the company said Thursday.
