Despite "considering a pay increase for analysts and associates" back in August and despite its peers at Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Jefferies, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley already going ahead and doing so, Citigroup is apparently still not sure about this one.
From the front lines:
"Citi has still not announced anything for analysts and associates...it's the last major bank that hasn't raised pay. We've been told they're 'working on it' but it seems like at this rate we won't be analysts or associates anymore by the time anything gets done, if it ever does."
