Wells Fargo & Co. Chairman and Chief Executive John Stumpf was awarded about $1 million worth of restricted stock as part of his 2014 compensation, according to a bank regulatory filing Thursday….
Mr. Stumpf’s total compensation for 2014 hasn’t been disclosed yet. The bank reports compensation for its top executives in its annual proxy filing, which usually comes out mid-March.
