Uh, it says "All Access"...

The reigning champion of naked CEO-ing may have agreed not to sue American Apparel or badmouth it or hang around its stores giving employees the evil eye, and he may currently be subject to a restraining order barring him from doing those things. But, as we are all well aware, he can’t stand idly by while people are fucking him. And fuck him is exactly what his former company and his former hedge-fund buddies have done, sayeth Dov.

The suit claims newly disclosed text messages and conversations during clandestine meetings in Central Park between Charney and Standard General execs prove Charney was “double-crossed” and that a promise by the hedge fund to help Charney return to the company was false. One American Apparel exec told Charney that Standard General would help him “take control of your company immediately,” the latest suit alleges….

The “complaint is yet another example of the habitual nuisance lawsuits that Dov Charney and his lawyer continue to file, and which we continue to defeat,” American Apparel said in a statement.
