The British capital and soon-to-be-former global financial center is now a bargain, at least compared to New York and Hong Kong. Whether anyone still wants to live there is an open question.

“Brexit has made London more competitive, at least in terms of cost,” said Yolande Barnes, head of world research at Savills. “Of course, other factors might mean it won’t be.”
