We’re not saying that Izzy Englander’s wife feels the same about her husband as his estranged former deputy. But Caryl Englander now has her own little ExodusPoint 15 blocks south of and several hundred feet above the new family home.

Caryl Englander, the wife of billionaire hedge-fund titan Israel Englander, is the buyer of a $60.083 million apartment at 432 Park Avenue, the world’s tallest residential tower, according to two people familiar with the deal. The deal comes three years after Mr. Englander set a price record for a Manhattan co-op when he purchased a duplex at the storied 740 Park Avenue for $71.3 million, records show.
