A little more than 10 years ago, Lehman Brothers died. (Although it continues to persist in zombie form.) Bart McDade probably remembers, as he was president of the investment bank when it paid its fateful visit to U.S. Bankruptcy Court. And if he does remember, he’s having a very unwelcome sense of déjà vu.
